1. First thing I saw when I visited the website was a Google analytics error. The code should not be visible to the users. Definitely you need to solve it, not only for users but for search engines too. Look how the pages are indexed because of it:
2. If I take a look at the webpage Servicii (Services) and the webpage Despre Mine (About me) we will see that they have duplicate content the text below. I will suggest to add on About me page a lot of information about Sabin Chiscan. I would like to see a photo, some recommendations, and I think I would like to meet him on social media 
.
3. The domain was chosen especially for optimization, the main keyword being cursuri tenis (tennis classes). I would suggest you to optimize the website for niche keywords as well like antrenor de tenis (tennis coach) instructor tenis (tennis instructor). Less traffic, but easier to get to the top. 4. Most of the inbound links are coming from blog comments (below chart is made with cognitiveseo.com). I think it’s worth to work harder on link building. Starting with web directories, followed by creative ideas of contests, Facebook, Twitter, social media will help to bring traffic and increase the social authority of web pages.
5. The anchor text used for blog commenting is not relevant to the website; you should use keywords (if webmaster allows that) or Sabin Chiscan, the name of the tennis coach.
