1. A keyword research shows us that expressions as “what does my name mean” get more searches than simple words. You can see the searches volumes given by AdWords Keyword Tool for phrase match. I do suggest you to optimize the website for keywords like these.

2. For link building, everything is normal, but for this website, you could do some cool stuff. You could create badges for every surname. I would like to add on gabandrei webpage a badge with Gabriela is an angel or I am an Angel. Find Out Why. An optimized ALT will bring authority to the webpages, that will bring authority to entire website.

3. Starting from the above observation that a lot of people would like to share their name meaning, I think this website will be really well advertised on Facebook. Noticed that home page has only 8 likes, and surnames pages none or very few. http://mysurna.me/surname.php?s=Gabriely has none . A Facebook page will bring a lot of traffic.

4. First time when I visited the website, I got lost. Couldn’t figure out where I can see the surnames. After a short while, I discovered the top right corner menu. After that, I noticed that it was a text telling me how to use the website. But the font was so small, so I didn’t read it. I do suggest to list on the home page the surnames from every letter (3-4) and to keep all the other call2actions in sidebar widgets.

5. Why I need to give my email and name to add a surname? Honestly, I think they should be optional. You will check anyway if the surname’s meaning.
