The own website is always the last to be optimized 
. I noticed long time ago that seogan.ro is not indexed as I would like: the sidebar is indexed before the content. The same happened for seogan.com.
Today I found some time to fix it. It was very simple. The command that calls sidebar should be used in footer not in header.
After a little work on css, nothing was changed in design. But this will have a strong impact on content indexing, because it will be indexed before the sidebar.
At the end of the day (after almost 10 hours) seogan.ro was indexed after the new formula:
As you can see, after top menu, the featured post appears.
